Highlighted technologies include AI-based adaptive headlamps that adjust beam patterns to road conditions in real time, dynamic interaction between daytime running lights and turn signals, and lightweight headlamp assemblies roughly 40% lighter than conventional metal structures. Automated optical inspection systems on display are reported to cut lamp defect rates from 0.8% to below 0.15%.
