Shenzhen-based Huahaoweiye Optoelectronics has completed a B-round financing round of nearly 100 million yuan, backed by Xinfang Fund and Nuohui Investment, to fund capacity expansion, new product development and market growth. The company supplies automotive LEDs for interior and exterior lighting and in-car displays, already delivered in volume to Nissan, Dongfeng, Geely and Chery, with its Shenzhen plant at full capacity and a Zhaoqing facility releasing first-phase output by year-end.

Huahaoweiye says it is the only domestic supplier with vehicle-certified ambient-lighting LEDs, and that its headlamp LEDs exceed international car-grade reliability requirements, passing 150-degree-Celsius testing over triple the standard duration.
